Acceptable Use Policy

PhoneFleet devices are real phones on real networks. To keep them useful for everyone and to keep our networks in good standing, these rules apply to every device you rent.

You may not use PhoneFleet to

• Commit fraud, including ad fraud, click fraud, payment fraud or identity fraud.
• Send spam or unsolicited bulk messages by SMS, email, messaging apps or social platforms.
• Create fake engagement, such as bought followers, likes, reviews, votes or streams.
• Impersonate people or organisations, or run phishing or scams.
• Harass, threaten or stalk anyone.
• Distribute malware, or attack, scan or overload other systems.
• Break any law that applies to you, us or the people your activity affects.

What happens if you do

We may suspend or terminate devices and accounts that break this policy, without refund, and we cooperate with lawful requests from authorities.
